The room was absolutely amazing with spaciousness and unbelievably comfortable beds. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with big, soft, fluffy towels. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, offering a variety of cheeses, pancakes, fruits, and more. The hotel's free parking and short walk to the center were super convenient. And let's not forget the jaw-dropping coastal views just a few minutes' walk away.

The room was absolutely stunning with jaw-dropping views, a balcony, and a coffee machine. The en-suite was large and immaculate, with luxurious toiletries and cozy robes. The food, including room service, was delicious, and the breakfast was mind-blowing with a wide variety of options. The free onsite parking and reliable WiFi were super convenient. The location was perfect, with a lovely walk to the sea and a charming town nearby. The building itself had a grand and elegant feel, with a shiny marble floor in the lobby. The hotel even had a beautiful garden and swimming pool. a truly amazing experience!

Excellent facilities, including breakfast and restaurant. Lovely comfort double room, with fab views of sea and hillside. Great garden with delightful small pool. And all of this just a couple of minutes' walk from the Nervi promenade. We had a fantastic stay!

Spent Christmas at a hotel by the coast. Couldn't have been a better decision. The location by the sea was amazing, and the views of the coastline from our room were stunning. Room service was prompt and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was also really cozy, which was perfect during the chilly nights. Loved the Christmas lights and decorations around the hotel as well.
The noise from the trains passing by was a bit of a nuisance, but bearable. The breakfast buffet could have been better, but it was only basic like most Italian hotels.

Everything! Hotel Pagoda is an elegant 200-year-old villa with rooms with sea or mountain views. The house is over 200 years old with all the modern conveniences. The grounds are stunning and lush and a lovely pool and area for lounging, outdoor lunches or working. The staff is A+. I live in hotels for work and this staff is the best I have encountered in a very long time. Everyone - check in, the restaurant, housekeeping and the manager - was completely helpful, efficient and accommodating. The hotel is in a wonderful, upscale neighborhood south of Genoa (but there is train to town reached with a five minute walk should you ever decide to leave the Pagoda). A beautiful walkway cut into the rock runs just in front of the hotel. It runs for several kilometers just above the sea and is perfect for leisurely strolls or even good workouts. It is also here you will find cafes overlooking the sea or swim in natural rock pools. Villa Pagoda is a rare find. Beautiful, perfect service, rooms with stunning views, upscale but not overpriced and in an area that has to be one of the most beautiful anywhere.
There is a train that runs close to the hotel but it never bothered me. It is a modern and quiet train that doesn't toot the horn! However,in general it's always a good idea to take earplugs when travelling (though I didn't need them at the Pagoda).

Gyönyörű ház és szoba. Nice house and room. Kellemes kert. Beautiful garden.
Közel a vasút. Close the train. Nincs saját tengeri strand - (az is fizetős) csak medence No beach (payabel only) Viszonylag egyszerű reggeli zöldségek nélkül. Poor breakfast without any vegetable. Egy vihar után a kábel TV elromlott és nem javították meg. Cable TV went wrong after a storm, and out of order all of our time.

The atmosphere of the hotel was truly romantic and cozy, just as we expected. the hotel was located very close to the promenade, and it was wonderful to wake up and have access to the sea. the restaurant had a great selection of regional food, and it was very tasty.
the live entertainment in the evening was not very pleasant, and it was too loud for us to relax.

Although the building is lovely and the rooms are spacious and well decorated, the best asset fo this hotel is its staff - they make the experience perfect. We will be back!

Wifi was unreliable.

Perfect for what I was looking for. There are no decent hotels in Genoa so one has to stay outside the city. This location was perfect and there is a train that takes you to the central station in 20 munutes.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is just perfect, right on the coast with stunning promenades along the sea-front that offer breathtaking views out along the bay. The hotel itself is a beautiful building, reminiscent of a small mansion, with shiny marble floors in the lobby that adds a touch of luxury. The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bed was so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms were also lovely, with large fluffy towels that made us feel pampered. Additionally, the staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
